Introduction

Welcome to Dewa88 (referred to herein as "dewa88", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). Dewa88 is an internationally licensed online gaming platform that provides casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting, and related gaming services to registered members.

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Member", "Player", "User", or "you") and dewa88. By accessing, registering on, or using the dewa88 platform at dewa88.cam — including any mobile-optimised version of the site — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must not use the dewa88 platform. Your continued use of the platform following any amendments to these Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an active account on dewa88, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

1. You are at least 21 years of age. Dewa88 operates a strict 21+ policy and will request documentary proof of age during the KYC verification process. Accounts found to be held by individuals under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended and any funds held therein will be forfeited or returned at dewa88's sole discretion.
2. You are registering as an individual acting on your own behalf, and not as an agent, representative, or trustee of any third party.
3. You are not a resident of any Restricted Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ascertain whether online gambling is lawful in the jurisdiction in which you are located.
4. You are not a current or former employee, director, or contractor of dewa88, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
5. You do not already hold an active or previously suspended account with dewa88. The Platform operates a strict one-account-per-person policy. Duplicate accounts will be immediately closed and any associated funds may be forfeited.
6. You are of sound mind and are not registering under any form of compulsion, impairment, or legal incapacity.
7. You have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gambling Policy.

Account Registration & Security

Each Member is permitted to hold only one account on the dewa88 Platform. Registration requires the provision of accurate, current, and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and Malaysian mobile number.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account details with any third party, allow any third party to access your account, or use another person's account. Dewa88 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

KYC Verification: Dewa88 is required to verify the identity of all Members prior to processing withdrawal requests above certain thresholds. KYC documentation may include a government-issued photo identification document (such as a Malaysian MyKad, passport, or driving licence) and proof of address. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by dewa88 may result in a temporary hold on withdrawal requests.

Account Information Changes: You must promptly notify dewa88 of any changes to your registered personal information by contacting our support team. Dewa88 reserves the right to request re-verification of identity following any significant account changes.

Deposits & Withdrawals

Dewa88 supports a range of Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and cryptocurrency payment methods to facilitate deposits and withdrawals. Accepted methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, and USDT TRC20.

5.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is RM30, unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotional offer.
• Deposits via e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) and DuitNow are typically processed instantly. Bank transfers via FPX, Maybank2u, or CIMB Clicks typically process within 5 to 15 minutes. Cryptocurrency deposits via USDT TRC20 are subject to on-chain confirmation times, generally between 15 and 30 minutes.
• All funds deposited must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Dewa88 does not accept third-party deposits.
• Dewa88 reserves the right to reject any deposit that cannot be verified as originating from the registered Member.

5.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests are subject to successful KYC verification. Members who have not completed KYC may be unable to process withdrawals above the applicable threshold.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the specific policies of the relevant payment provider.
• Dewa88 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 24 hours of submission. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and applicable banking or network delays.
• Dewa88 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence checks to withdrawal requests and to temporarily hold funds pending verification in cases where unusual activity is detected.

Bonuses & Promotions

Dewa88 offers various promotional bonuses and incentives to Members, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback offers, referral bonuses, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion.

• Bonus offers are available to eligible Members only. Dewa88 reserves the right to restrict bonus eligibility at its sole discretion.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the terms of each promotion. Until the wagering requirement is fulfilled, Bonus Funds are not eligible for withdrawal.
• Standard wagering requirements apply separately to the bonus amount and any winnings derived from it, unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonus Funds will expire if not utilised within the promotional validity period specified. Expired bonuses are non-recoverable.
• Dewa88 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time, with or without prior notice, where it suspects abuse, technical error, or breach of these Terms.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per Member, per household, per IP address, and per device. Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses constitutes fraud and will result in account termination and forfeiture of all associated funds.

Betting Rules

The following general betting rules apply to all wagers placed on the dewa88 Platform. Game-specific rules are published within each respective game or sport market on the Platform.

• All bets are final once accepted by the dewa88 system. No cancellation or modification of bets is permitted after placement, except in circumstances expressly provided for under specific game or sport rules.
• Dewa88 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, based on incorrect odds, or in circumstances where system errors, data feed failures, or technical faults have materially affected the integrity of a market.
• In sports betting, dewa88 reserves the right to suspend markets, refuse bets, or limit stake amounts at its discretion, particularly in relation to events where irregular betting patterns or potential match integrity issues are identified.
• In-play betting markets are subject to periodic suspension. Dewa88 accepts no liability for bets placed based on information or events that occurred prior to the bet being accepted but after the market was formally settled.
• Winning bets will be credited to the Member's account upon official settlement of the relevant event or game round. Settlement periods vary by sport or game type.
• Any winnings arising from bets placed using Bonus Funds are subject to the applicable wagering requirement and will not be credited to the withdrawable balance until the wagering requirement is fulfilled.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the dewa88 Platform. Engaging in any of the following activities may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of funds, and/or referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification;
• Registering multiple accounts (whether under the same or different identities) for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing account restrictions;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform, manipulate game outcomes, or gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in collusion with other Members, whether in poker rooms or any other format, to gain an unfair advantage;
• Exploiting technical glitches, software errors, or bonus miscalculations for personal gain. Members who identify such errors must cease play immediately and report the issue to support;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime through the Platform;
• Circumventing or attempting to circumvent any geo-restriction, IP block, or identity verification process employed by dewa88;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing dewa88 staff or other Members in any communication channel.

Responsible Gambling

Dewa88 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment. Intellectual Property

All content on the dewa88 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game content, and software — is the property of dewa88 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of dewa88.

The dewa88 name, logo, and associated branding are proprietary trademarks. You must not use them in any manner that could cause confusion, imply endorsement, or otherwise infringe dewa88's intellectual property rights.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dewa88 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Any loss of funds resulting from your gambling activity on the Platform;
• Any loss arising from technical failures, system outages, or interruptions in service that are beyond dewa88's reasonable control;
• Any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain adequate account security;
• Any loss arising from reliance on information published on the Platform that is subsequently found to contain errors or inaccuracies.

Dewa88 makes no warranties or representations, express or implied, as to the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any information or content on the Platform. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Account Termination

12.1 Termination by Dewa88: Dewa88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at its sole discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, breach of these Terms & Conditions, discovery of ineligibility, prolonged account inactivity, or regulatory requirements. Where funds remain in a terminated account and no fraud, breach, or regulatory issue is identified, dewa88 will make reasonable efforts to return those funds to the Member following completion of any applicable verification procedures.

12.2 Voluntary Closure by Member: You may request the closure of your dewa88 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any eligible funds remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

12.3 Effect of Termination: Upon termination of your account, all licences and access rights granted to you under these Terms & Conditions will immediately cease. Provisions of this Agreement that by their nature should survive termination shall do so, including Sections 8, 10, 11, and 14.

Amendments to These Terms

Dewa88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, dewa88 will notify Members by posting a notice on the Platform homepage and/or by email to the registered address on file.

The effective date of the current version of these Terms & Conditions is clearly displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform following publication of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.2.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which dewa88 holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall first be referred to dewa88's internal dispute resolution process.

To initiate a dispute, you must contact the dewa88 support team in writing, providing a clear description of your complaint and any supporting documentation. Dewa88 will acknowledge your complaint within 2 business days and aim to resolve it within 14 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, it may be escalated to the relevant licensing authority's dispute resolution mechanism in accordance with the Platform's licensing terms. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights under applicable law.
